Weight Loss Welcome Letter
Hello and thank you for your interest in Ocoee Health & Wellness.
Due to our limited number of patient slots, I have become stricter about with whom I am willing to work. I am looking for clients who are pleasant to be around, able to follow instructions, and eager to put in the work necessary to reach their goals. Anyone outside of this criteria will be denied service and/or dismissed if already an established client.
For those who believe they can meet this standard, I have included some information below this letter for your review. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the medication, side effects, and pricing. Please have your questions prepared beforehand for your consultation.
New patients are seen by appointment only. There is also a one-time consult fee of $50. For those requesting weight loss injections, we will go over administration techniques to make sure you are comfortable and confident. You will then give yourself the 1st injection and take the other 3 injections home.

Tirzepatide Information
What is it?
Tirzepatide is a glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) receptor and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist. Our product is compounded with the FDA-approved and patented raw ingredient found in Mounjaro™ and Zepbound™.
How does it work?
Tirzepatide lowers fasting and postprandial glucose concentration, decreases food intake, and reduces body weight in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
First and Second-Phase Insulin Secretion
Tirzepatide enhances the first- and second-phase insulin secretion.
Insulin Sensitivity
Tirzepatide increases insulin sensitivity, as demonstrated in a hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp study after 28 weeks of treatment.
Glucagon Secretion
Tirzepatide reduces fasting and postprandial glucagon concentrations.
Gastric Emptying
Tirzepatide delays gastric emptying. The delay is largest after the first dose and this effect diminishes over time. Tirzepatide slows post-meal glucose absorption, reducing postprandial glucose.
Are there any contraindications?
Patients with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or patients with Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2.
When used for the treatment of diabetes mellitus or weight loss management, we recommend that Semaglutide be discontinued for ≥ 2 months prior to becoming pregnant.
What are the common side effects?
Most common adverse reactions (incidence ≥ 5%) are: decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain, dyspepsia, sinus tachycardia.
Need an Appointment?
